Atlanta Car Accidents Result in Fatalities during the Memorial Day Weekend

Memorial Day is the official start of summer for many people living in Atlanta and around our country.  It is time that we all reflect on the sacrifice many Americans have made by laying down their life for the cause of freedom.  This meaningful holiday has become a common source of tragedy on the roads and highways of Atlanta, Georgia due to the increased number of motor vehicle accidents causing serious injury or death.

Unfortunately, this Memorial Day weekend was no different.  One fatal car crash involved Erik Abarca of Lithia Springs.  He was a 19 year old driver who lost control of his Chevrolet Blazer on Interstate I-20 near Six Flags.  Mr. Abarca climbed out of his SUV that had turned over in the accident.  Moments later Mr. Abarca was killed when he was struck by a Chrysler PT Cruiser being driven by Robert Martin from Winston, Georgia.  Another fatal car accident occurred this same Memorial Day weekend when Linda Leflore (age 29) was driving a Honda Civic that was struck by a Chevy.

Attorney Richard Griffin is an Atlanta car accident lawyer who has seen this deadly trend since he started his practice in 1994.  Lives can change in a blink of an eye when Atlanta car accidents occur.  Victims of car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, or pedestrian accidents have personal injury claims for their medical treatment, lost wages, and pain and suffering.  The family members of people killed in motor vehicle accidents have wrongful death claims

The Griffin Law Firm offers free consultations for Atlanta personal injury, Atlanta workers compensation, Atlanta wrongful death, and Atlanta Social Security Disability claims at 877-PAIN-LAW (877-724-6529) or at www.877painlaw.com
